Mental health support that meets you—and your coverage.

I work with most major insurance plans to support access to mental health care. Session fees through insurance are determined by contractual agreements between your insurer and my third-party billers, and may differ from my standard rates. Coverage details—including copays, deductibles, and session limits—vary by plan. I’m happy to verify your benefits and walk you through what to expect financially, so you can focus on your care with confidence.

If you choose not to use insurance or do not have coverage, out-of-pocket payments are available. This option allows for increased privacy and the offer of a reduced rate through our sliding scale. Please note: when a sliding scale fee is applied, a Superbill cannot be provided, as it reflects a reduced rate outside of standard billing practices.


Session Rates

  • Individual Therapy (53+ mins.): $150 per session
  • Family Therapy (73+ mins.): $190 per session
  • Group Therapy: $40 per group session
