Crystal D. Anderson is a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of NC. She specializes in working with the birthing community, adults, and teens. I work with those who are experiencing postpartum symptoms and/or pregnancy/baby loss, family planning, and menstrual mood disorders.
Crystal uses approaches that work well for people experiencing mood changes, anxiety/depression, intrusive thoughts, and OCD symptoms. I can help you begin to feel better, gain control of your life, your decisions, your hurt, and pain from the past.
Individual Therapy
1-1 therapy for PTSD, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Mood disorders, and other mental health needs
Perinatal Mental Health Support
Specialized support for the birthing community including LGBTQ+. postpartum depression/anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD symptoms.
Grief Support
Trained to support those who experienced a loss in pregnancy, newborn, or child and those who lost a loved one due to trauma.
Family Therapy
3 or more members of a family. Providing support for families experiencing divorce, parental conflict, behavioral issues in children, grief. Trained support for families with newborns and small children.
Play Informed Therapy
Ages 3 to 10. I use play techniques to help children and pre teens with mood changes, communication, trauma, and family changes.
Teen Support
1-1 individual therapy for ages 11-17. Support teens as they experience developmental changes. School transitions, trauma, lifestyle, mood changes, LGBTQ+, self-esteem, body issues.

Rates: 55 Minute sessions = $150,
85 minute family sessions = $220.
Payment is due at the time of services unless other arrangements have been made.
Yes, appointments are scheduled Monday and Saturday’s 9am to 1pm. In person services offered in Salisbury NC (in the community, must be covered by insurance or out of pocket pay). Virtual services offered across North Carolina.
The first few session consists of assessments and gathering information. We will go over practice policies and address questions/concerns. We will also work on a treatment plan that fits your needs. Individual Sessions are 55 min in length. Family sessions are 85 minutes.
