Explore Our Different Group Options

Group therapy offers a supportive, structured space to explore shared experiences, build emotional resilience, and practice new skills in community. Whether focused on trauma, relationships, anger management, or personal growth, each group is designed to foster connection, insight, and healing. Participants benefit from guided discussions, evidence-based tools, and the opportunity to learn from others in a safe, affirming environment.

Groups are offered at $45 per session and are not eligible for insurance coverage. A brief consultation is required prior to joining. Some groups are closed (with a set cohort and start date), while others are open for ongoing participation. Light snacks and beverages are provided to support comfort and connection.

All participants are expected to uphold group confidentiality and respect the privacy of others. A signed privacy agreement and group consent form are required before participation.
